Jan Brett Winter Story Drama Grades K-2 - 9 A

From The Mitten to The Gingerbread Boy to The Christmas Reindeer, the vibrant and heartwarming picture books of Jan Brett have been a part of family holiday traditions for decades. Now, the young ones can be the storytellers and carry on the tradition in a new, creative way. Students will use their actor’s toolbox, as well as tableaux, pantomime, and gesture, to re-envision these classic stories for the stage. This six week course runs Nov. 6th through Dec. 18th and will finish with an in class performance for families on the last day.

There will be no class on 11/27/21 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
