× Frida and Her Lovers is a theatrical bilingual production about the famous Mexican painter, this play is situated in La Casa Azul, where she lived her whole life; during the first half of the 20th Century, and when she was married to Diego Rivera, 20-years her senior and already famous muralist and political figure in that time. Always, in a perpetual state of resilience and resistance, Frida fought against the inexorableness of her times, always looking to fully live as an artist and as a woman. We are the only Theatre Company in Nevada that does bilingual productions, our plays are locally written and directed. We represent an amalgam of diversity and distinctness. We promote Latino Arts and Culture in our communities that everybody can appreciate. We are working in collaboration with Reno Little Theater.
